I doubt it was entirely down to playing GTA IV, he could have had damage done to him when he was younger which corrupt his head, and playing violent games just sent him mad? thats my view on it anyway, you know what the paparazzi are like, they twist words around just to get people like us biting against it

I live less than 1 hour away from where this happened and we had a class discussion on this and it puts a bad name on LA when things like this happen.

When I was eight years old I was playing Grand Theft Auto III, I never just picked up a gun and decided shoot someone. There is something wrong with that kid.

I remember the days of GTA I, the birds eye view! and i was about 5 maybe 6? im now 18 playing violent games, i dont kill people, i just take my anger out in rugby haha :')

And of course people will say violent games make people do this, which MAY be true is some cases, but that doesn't mean every gamer is a killer. People usually say kids shouldn't be playing M rated games, and I honestly agree. It's a shame he can't be charged, if he did it intentionally, he should be punished.
