Guys title says it all , Check out that video you notice the blurry/fuzzyness if anyone knows why i'm ausuming it's my RAM or my CPU.

My CPU is a AMD E1-1200

RAM on my computer is 4GB i'm in the process of being 8GB RAM to put into the computer. But if you guys know the real issue it would be great.

It is most likely your render settings or editing settings.

Your CPU isn't the best, but it won't make it bad quality, it will just take longer to render...

I think it might be the RAM because when the recording software is opened the computer goes megaslow as it eats up the RAM maybe its not powerfull enough to contain good quality.

I used to record on my old laptop which had 2 GB, it shouldn't make a difference.

If your RAM is having errors, you've got bigger problems than your recording to worry about. I'd test it by running instances of Memtest.

I strongly doubt that's the problem, though. It's possible that the PVR needs more bandwidth than the hard drive can write and footage is being lost. What is your RAM usage when recording? Have you tried recording at lower FPS, quality, and/or resolution to see if the skipping and artifacting still happens?
