i never got banned alltime e-xbls was free but guess u want 2 mod so would unplug retail xboxes and change mac if u can
and no if ur jtag/rgh never been online shouldnt be banned yet

Yes you do need a Kv but you also need Xbox live stealth if you wanna host. You need xbox live stealth because if you dont and you just go online youll get banned as soon as you connect without XBls because xbox encrypted something that basically tells the microsoft server when an xbox with an unsighnd code connects and it just banns them hope i helped
