Whenever he goes onto a game, it signs him out, and he also gets signed out when he goes to the dashboard. Is there any way of fixing this? Thanks in advance.

He's reset his route many times, he's about to try that now and clear some memory (he's only got like 2gb)

Delete the profile and download it again, usually fixes it for me.

His profile might be corrupted this happened to me. If his profile is corrupted all he has to do is delete his profile off his xbox then recover it
