FormidablePVP - An Introduction

FormidablePVP is a brand new server intended to provide the most immersive and intensive experience to all players. We believe that the most exhilarating and exiting aspect is PVP and factions. We combine these aspects in an all-out raiding server where the only rule is fight or flight.

We, the staff, have extensive experience in the running of a server and can ensure that all PVP will be fair, and all items obtained legitimately, without the help of hacks such as X-Ray. All staff, including myself are heavily monitored by the other staff to ensure no staff member is abusing any of the extra permissions they have.

How to Play the Server

We aim to keep the server as simple as possible but do utilise some plugins which create extra functionality to enhance your experience.

Factions
Factions is the main plugin used on the server. Factions is a plugin which allows players to create factions which are a group of one or more player(s). Members of a faction must work together to survive, and if they wish, raid other bases and loot/grief them!
The main commands for Factions are:
/f create [name] - to create a faction
/f info [name] - to find out information about a specific faction
/f join [name] - to join a faction (Most factions will require an invite from the leader!)

The Shop
There is a shop on the server which uses part of the huge and stable plugin. essentials. To get to the shop simply type /warp shop. You start with $x of currency. To gain money you need to sell items which will allow you to purchase some hugely useful and un-craftable items. To buy or sell you simply click on the signs!

PVP Arena

World Boarder
To ensure that the server remains exiting and active we use a plugin which allows us to restrict the size of the map to 7,500 x 7,500. This will mean you are always near to other players and are truly safe!

Other Useful Commands
/tpa [player] - request to teleport to a friend
/spawn - teleport to spawn
/sethome - set your home
/home - teleport to your home

Donations

The server is free to play and will always be but as running a server is very expensive and labour intensive we will except donations which will earn you extra privileges.

There are several donator ranks, below each rank and its price will be what you gain for buying this rank

(A player vault is a single chest worth of space accessible via a command, and when killed the items will not drop on the floor!) (DIG blocks are diamond, iron and gold blocks. So if you get 5 DIG blocks you will receive 5 diamond, 5 iron, and 5 gold blocks.) (God apples are enchanted golden apples!)
