all I can really say
is no offence to microsoft
but they really need to sort
themselves out because
i played xbox legit
after my first one got banned
and they banned me from THREE
accounts which they had no
reason to ban
and then i got console
banned to i moved to
Playstation 3.

I've seen numerous people get banned for no reason, some where the ppl said they didn't mod but idk but a few others where I'm 100% sure there was no modding, boosting, or cheating in any way. Hell, I think we've all heard that story where the kid who I believe was autistic wouldn't play any other games until he got every cheevo in his current game and they banned him because the assumed he cheated.

That could be it but I don't think so, I have ISO modded 5 games, host CoD lobbies all that modding stuff and have a bad reputation ;) You could of got banned and it hasn't been processed yet...

They don't ban for no reason. And there's no email account tied to the actual console, so there is no email sent to you when you get console banned.

Another thing, you saying you contacted them and they said nothing is banned is a lie. When you call them, the support people you talk to can only see IF an ACCOUNT is banned. They will not tell you why and they can't alter the ban status. They MIGHT be able to see if a console is banned, but you'd have to provide a serial number and even at that I can't recall them being able to tell if it's banned because they don't have access to that stuff.

My advice is to take it to GameStop and sell it to them and either put money towards the Xbox One or buy a new Xbox 360 if you can't go that long without Xbox. And another tip, don't mod on the next console you get.
