You aren't going to get an i5 rig with a GTX650 with an operating system for 450 pounds.

You're not going to get an i5 build for 450GBP. This build will perform just as well however. The FX 6300 is a great CPU for the money and will provide sufficient power for you. The 7870 is a good gaming card and will run most games on high.

I didn't include an OS in this build as you can get one for around 35GBP off of eBay, whereas they're 70GBP elsewhere.

Oh you want a prebuilt gaming PC for 450GBP? That's not going to happen, sorry.

Honestly you're not going to get much for 450GBP. You'll end up with a really bad prebuilt that you'll really regret buying. Persuade your parents to let you build one. Until then save your money so you can get a decent prebuilt.
