How could i possible fix this or it the serves just down

I think the servers are down for PS3, but not 100% sure. I've been having an issue finding a lobby/match. It takes forever. Found a fix and made a tutorial video. I'm not sure if this is similar to your problem or not, but thought I'd drop a link just in case.
