hi was just wondering if anyone could help i recently bought a new pc and some programs open fine and some will just not open at all i am on the latest net framework and have tried everything can anybody help thanks

What are the programs you are trying to open? You may need administrative privileges on your account to open them.

Try right clicking and hit "Run as Administrator"

Check if the programs are running in the background or goto task manager and check on the processes tab see if they are there.
