You could say this about a lot of things, maybe its gravity thats killing us.

There is no science behind it, so therefore you cant scientifically say that oxygen is killing us, because you dont know.

You are just thinking what if, which doesnt really prove anything

They aren't called anti-oxidants for no reason.

Plants die.
They breath CO2 and exhale oxygen.
Kill all plants to stop so much oxygen

This gave me something to think about tonight, It makes a lot of sense. But the only thing I don't get is why our bodies need it if it's bad for us. Actually what if we didn't need to breath when it all began, But breathing was an energizing thing, Like you did it after running and that was it but the human body became addicted to oxygen and now it is required. Maybe when we feel like we are dying we are really just having oxygen withdraws.

We only need Oxygen to pick up used electrons after making an energy molecule, so I always thought, if our body could somehow dispose of the electrons without oxygen having to do it, we could live without oxygen.

I'm just wondering how anyone would test something like this, the scary thing is is that this could actually be true

This is tru, even though we need it to live oxegen oxideses your cells. also pure oxegen kills you in high doses which is something that scuba divers have to watch out for. so oxegen does actually kill you

Doesn't make sense. Your lungs and body welcome oxygen, if it was poisonous in any way, our bodies would have adapted by now and identified that. Also, our lungs are specifically made to hold oxygen, we would not have been made to hold oxygen, if it kills you. Also at the same time, what we breath actually isn't mostly oxygen the air we breath generally consists of 78% nitrogen 21% oxygen 0.96% argon 0.04% carbon dioxide, helium, water, and other gases.
