Although, $3400 is a lot to spend. Try downgrading on some of your items.
Get windows 7 instead, you really don't need to spend $130 on a mouse. Stuff like that you know? You don't need the best of everything, remember that.
Thanks for your input but i like the peripherals i added

There's my suggestion. As for the peripherals, take my recommendation or leave them, but the Deathadder is a better mouse than the Mamba and you can get much better headphones for gaming for the price the Tiamat. Single driver > multiple drivers for headphones, even for positional accuracy.

There's no reason at all to have an 8350 in a build this expensive and it's pointless to have an extremely high-end board with such low-end cooling. You should be able to reach the max OC allowed by your 4770K even with a mid-range board and high-end air cooling. By "limit," I mean the point when any tiny increase in voltage produces unmanageable amounts of heat regardless of your cooling solution. You have the money for the best gaming CPU within reason and why you would choose something else is beyond me. With a budget like this, it's absolutely worth it even though few games can take advantage of the extra threads.

AMDs latest 13.8 drivers should eliminate micro-stuttering at single-display resolutions up to 2560x1600, so instead of three smaller, lower-quality monitors, I'm suggesting a single matte, high-resolution PLS (comparable in quality to S-IPS) panel that you can get for much less. Money well-saved and you get the benefits of AMDs fix from the get-go.

Two TY-147 140mm fans to be mounted at the front of the case. I'd suggest mounting the fans included by Fractal in the roof of the case as intakes. This will create positive pressure inside the case and give you the best performance. There is no need for exhaust fans as air will be pushed out the back of the case through open PCI slots and the rear exhaust mount. This will give you great airflow to the 7990. I would suggest removing PCI slot covers you're not using to improve airflow.

This will save you hundreds of dollars and give you better performance.

Ill look carefully at those, quick question though. Why XFX over Sapphire?

Price. They're the exact same card with the same cooler and warranty.

In my previous post, I crosses out the word "intakes," but it was meant to be underlined. It's important.
