Snipers are usually the most tactical and skilled players. The ones who usually rush are the snipers. Quickscoping takes time to master and it's definitely something different then just running around drop shotting and trying your heart out. You say you run around using shot guns and SMGs. Those are overpowered weapons because it only takes around 3 shots to kill with an SMG and around 1-2 shots with a shotgun everytime. If you miss a quickscope, you're pretty much screwed.

OK 1. quickscoping does not take "skill" and you can't really be a "master" at it. it's nothing but lucky shots and auto-aim. 2. wait smgs and shotties op? so a cqb gun is op now compared to a weapon that wasn't even designed for cqb. how can a shotgun be op? i don't think you can take a buckshot to the chest 10 inches away and live (feels like this happens anyway).


I believe quickscoping is the most overused and cheap tactic in cod. i've seen my share of corner jumpers and people that drop shot. but those are tolerable. when i get quickscoped consistently in one game it pisses me off. it's so hard to kill these idiots they deck themselves out with Flak jacket, tact mask, and toughness. seriously the only way you could probably kill them is from behind but i'm sure you'd die because they would hear you with their turtle beaches or astros.

and on top of that they spawn off their tac and shoot you in the face and continue "feeding".

Most of the people who hate quickscoping, are the ones who either can't do it or are constantly butt f*cked by quickscopers. Stop your crying and play the damn game.

how can you call someone terrible if they are being killed left and right by auto-aim. my kd is relatively high i don't suck. i'm not your typical trash player that goes 3-15. i can kill these guys but they seem to kill me more and a lot faster. i'm sure the lag comp is in favor with quickscopers. must be nice..

I learned this of course only two years after I started playing it (2009) and really it's a pointless game that is unfair and is easily manipulated. I find that BF3 is a lot more equal opportunity and very easy to pick up because there isn't as many people playing like assholes. In fact, there isn't as many assholes period. I find that the hit detection in COD is messed up a bit, although I can't really say that for the current gen games because I haven't played COD since MW3 came out.

pssh "it's just a game" how many times i've heard that. you know i payed i'd say a little over $140 for BO2 (the game, season pass, and some camos). I want to get my moneys worth from bo2 but the bs that is in this game is stopping me from achieving this. as for bf3 i can agree to some extent but at the same time it has the same amount of bs as cod.

Let's just think for a moment, you said aim assist helps them, it helps you also dumb ass.

Also, quickscoping does take skill, nobody can pick up a sniper and hit almost every close range shot.

Get better and stop complaining, you're the one lacking skill while the sniper is better than you.

quick scoping ruined call of duty in my opinion even if it does take skill to do, since mw2 i haven't played call of duty much and moved to battlefield

All i did on mw2 towards the end was one man army noob tube quick scopers. every game i was in quick scopers every were.
