Play it offline and im not sure if it is possible but try to play not signed on to any account.

no idea :/ its only single player so I guess not loads of ppl get games like 3days early nobody gets banned so just play

Yes you will get banned just play it offline on a spare account you don't care about and you'll be fine.

my point is iv played every cod from mw2 early and alot of other games so dont think i will + theres a shop in town that sell games as soon as the stock arive could get the xbox one early if i wanted

Yeah some shops just dish them out on the sly ive got my special edition pre-ordered can't wait for it
