Anyone no how to download torrents on a ipad mini please ive tried idowmloader can't get it to work and don't wanna jail break it?

after you have downloaded the file. Open it and drag the music or videos into your iTunes library.

file? You need bit torrent to download the torrent and then you just open it using windows, then just drag the movies into your library.

I don't have a laptop or desktop that's what I'm trying to say is can I down load torrents on my ipad without jail break?
