So 2 things.
1) I got bored so went to The Fort while doing the "Nothin But A Hound Dog" quest and killed Luca, the Legion then waged war and I killed Caeser and can still go around and do everything as if he wasnt dead, is this an easter egg?
2) Is it worth it to find all the snowglobes and Sunset Sarsparilla Star caps?
