Rockstar are telling/have told retailers not to send the game out so it gets to the customer before the 17th.

Obviously they cant force retailers to and/or control shipping times but i can see them refusing those stores anymore Rockstar games.

I don't think they will, imagine if GAME ships it early, it's not like they're going to say no the biggest video game chain in Europe.

Its possible they will though. Its not like the game wont sell, GAME has been told not to ship early. Rockstar will lose trust in GAME and it may persaude them to not to let them sell their games and then when GAME have a hissy fit about it they will have to agree to some sort of deal where all future Rockstar games will not be shipped early.
