Here's a little proof I have but here it is,

Games in the series in order:

Grand Theft Auto III: Liberty City, Grand Theft Auto III: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto III: San Andreas, Grand Theft Auto IV: Liberty City, Grand Theft Auto IV: Vice City, Grand Theft Auto IV: San Andreas.

Now look, see how it's in order from starting from old Liberty City to a new series starting in Liberty City? Well, if you look at the order then next will be Vice City, then San Andreas! I know it's a bit confusing but what do you think?

Yeah. But I believe there will be a release in March 2011 if you look at one of the posters in the sex shop in GTA IV. It says Next Stop..then Coming everywhere March so maybe there will be a trailer around Christmas.
