Common Sense knowledge isn't always true.
It's the facts that back it up and the fact that no one knows how the retail keyvault's are written and probably won't ever find out = no generating or creating your own because then you would have to use an algorithm to grab a console ID/CPU.

but there again you're wrong because the code is possible to write or does it magically get put on the console see now was that so hard?

Lets say for instance I do have an algorithm that can get consoles ID/CPU what else do I need?

I am not even going to bother explaining anymore. I ain't saying the code isn't possible to write. I am saying no one knows how it was written. You won't see it. (Try researching a little bit more)

Probably a ton of knowledge of the Xbox architecture / PPC and a few other programming language knowledge. But it would take you a very, very long time. <- Those are what I am guessing you need, but I doubt anyone would succeed.

EDIT: And be very intelligent with Reverse Engineering

actually unlike the guy above me said there is a way but it would not 100% be a working kv..

you would probably get one to work out of every 10 generated.
