Reading through this, it seems pretty solid. But, what I want to know is...
I personally tether my iPhone 5C straight to my Xbox 360 through wireless hotspot on my phone and through a wireless network receiver on my Xbox. Is there any way to make it open connection via JUST my phone and my Xbox as I am not using a PC in the mix?

Unfortunately no. You'll need to open the required ports for Xbox Live which has to be done in the router configuration.
Since a mobile hotspot does not have a port forwarding feature, it will not be possible.

Hello,
Ive been trying to figure out how to properly use USB Tethering (I prefer USB instead of Wi-Fi or Bluetooth Hotspot because its the fastest, it uses my LTE Speed) to HOST games, like on GameRanger or on Battle.net like Warcraft III as an example.
Now using the Connection works but hosting Games on my Own does not.
Searching on the Web does not give much clues, this Thread gives a lot more information. I've found a few other things that I have to properly Test or get to work, but i thought if i post here maybe the Thread author or someone else can help me with this problem.
I'm not sure if its that easy to do almost the same like the Thread Author says to do.
But this "Solution" is for Wi-Fi Hotspot, on USB Tethering it looks different. I think i have to open the NAT and forward all ports necessary to get it to properly work, but i'm not sure how to do it.
If someone could help me with this i would be glad.

Simple! NAT type is basically a restriction setting. if i am open i can connect to open, moderate and strict. if i am moderate i can connect to open and moderate. if i am strict i can only connect to other with open type. if you search your question you will find more in depth reasoning. i have provided a basic concept.
