They won't let you quit your job for another job with higher pay ?

Their reason is very stupid, they won let me quit, because they "know" the owner of where i currently work, which is indeed very stupid. I think it is a part in life where they have to let me make some of my own decisions.

Its your own choice on what job you want! And if they know the owner they would of asked the owner to maybe raise your payments.
