I think it's more to do with that ridiculous undying rage ultimate he has, it's so stupid.

But it does come in handy with team fights or if he has to get out of a very tough situation. Its like teemo's mushroom.

When he's fed he's an unstoppable terror. When he's not fed then he's super easy to shut down. Has a less than a 10% pick rate at the gold level+ but has over a 50% win rate. If you can play him and know how he works then give it a shot.

A lot of people call him easy. I think theres some skill to play him, but dont feed one, or just surr at 20. He will be impossible to kill.

the reason people dont like him is because of his ult. Not when they play him, but when they play AGAINST him. They get sore because of his ult being able to kill him when they beat him but he ults and kills them. Really, he is easy to kill just dont charge at him unless you know you can lifesteal for the duration of his ult. If you shut him down hard, he will avoid you. Simply hurt him so fast he has to ult and he will martyr or run away. Just watch out for his insane side laning ability when you play against him.
