Say if I do a prestige glitch on bo2 on a ps3 will my account get banned or my console or both?

On Ps3 its fairly safe to do,at worst you may get reset on Blops 2

It all depends if the stats etc. look legit. If they do, then you're totally safe.

They won't ban your console or account for sure. If it's just the copy glitch, the most will be reset and temporarily banned from the servers.

It's unlikely Treyarch will find out, but if they do you'll either get Reset or Banned from playing matches for a couple of days... So in other words, the measure of punishment aren't that extreme!
