You will not be banned for playing on a legit copy of the game. If you are live streaming it or showing gameplay vids prior to release then yeah you will. For the past 2 years i have gotten many games days before release, and have never had any problems. They don't care that you are playing the game early, but they do care about you leaking game footage. Just play the game and enjoy it with no worries.
