Your picture is from popular sites all over the internet and other news websites. I'd calm down because it's not your picture and you don't own the rights to it.

I'm sure there are other websites where people have the same avatar as you.

I don't really mind it. Mine changes every time you refresh and I usually put new ones on every day so it doesn't really bother me.

No I would not change my avatar on 9/11 nor would I feel the need to if someone had it. The 9/11 avatar is a symbol of respect, and to remember those whose lives were lost on that tragic day.
