I would think being tortured to death would be most definitely the worst.
Like being tied up in a bathtub, a deep cut all the way across the bottom of your feet so you bleed out slowly. Then, when the bathtub is filled up enough with your blood, and you're just about dead they cut you down to lay there and drown in your own blood.

Fatal Dysentery (basically you have diarrhea which contains blood and mucus. You also suffer from abdominal pain, rectal tenesmus and you have a fever). I Feel a bit sick after describing that now.
