This is the worst,
Being buried alive.

I think the worst is if 2 people attached some heavy objects to your feet and pushed you into deep water because you'll have nowhere to go because the weight of the objects on your feet so you'll be drowning while being dragged down to the bottom of the ocean until you die then your body gets crushed due to the pressure of the water.

I would saying Drowning & being burned to death

Id say like, being tied to a chair by a woman then being forced to wear weird shit, bras etc. then tortured like kicked in the bollocks etc. just being creative xD

I would say burning to death because you feel the pain and it takes a little while

For myself it would have to be either painfully dying by a bullet or drowning in front of the ones you love. Including your girlfriend if you have one...
