I belive it takes 3 account bans, to be console banned. However, I've had 5 permenant account bans, on my elite console. I've never been console banned. I've had it for 3 years now, and it was used when I bought it. I was surprised not to be console banned on the third account ban, when I wasn't console banned on the fourth one, I thought fu** it, and don't worry about it anymore. ;)
