I would not mind it but people setup. This means they suck and they can't kill you with a real trickshot.

being good is nothing! my standards used to be insane, you WILL NOT get noticed in the community even if you are amazing, literally FaZe standard, people go for RC's hoping to get into 'big' teams, it will NOT get you anywhere. If you play with FaZe, Dare, SoaR or Obey then you have a change of getting 'known' until then you will be playing for some 1k team that bots 24/7 and you will get nowhere. take my advice and quit now before i get the chance to say 'i told you so'

I got into FaZe top 100 kid, i vowed that if i didnt get in i would quit, not because i didnt get in but for the fact that it was a waste of time, i dont even know why i bothered going for it, if i got in i would have been kicked sooner than later because i am inactive, i was online for about 2 hours every 2-3 days. if you are depending on your youtube income to set your families up then you might be lucky to buy a tin of asda price beans for 18p.
