i was having the same prob the other day did you delete anything from xbox neighborhood if so re download it thats what my prob was

1: redownload the tool.
2: Make sure your Jtag is set to as your default console on Neighborhood
3:Connect before trying to push any of the mods.

Let me know if any of these helped you with your problem.

Maybe you have a virus on ur laptop pc what is causing it toor ur missing a file maybe net framework 4.5?.crash

It's not the tool, I think it's something with my pc, sometimes the mods send then it crashes.
