i got mine on one of my accounts but didnt get it on the other on i have used both for about 2 years i am trying to get into a live chat but i have been waiting hours because it says 60+ mins its now down to 20-30 but

This happened to me what I did was check my club and I had a load of players that randomly appeared. I'm guessing they were from my packs that I didn't receive.
