Why do kids always got to say something about playing a game early? You won't get banned for playing GTA V early. Rockstar clearly stated you will only be banned if you leak gameplay, in more specific if you leaked gameplay with your gt. Now, I don't think they even care since there are so many legit copies roaming around.

Cancerous wrote Nobody is going to get banned now for playing a legitimate copy of the game. It's actually been released in New Zealand as it's the 17th of September there. So you can play the game now without worrying.

Just because your in a different time zone does not mean the countdown doesn't apply to you aswell when you go to the midnight launch for cod it is usually not before the game is realeased right? You can and will be console banned if you are caught playing GTA V before the 17th end of.

i was at work when i heard this! what they actually said is R* are investigating amazon giving early copies to people that pre oredered when they shouldn't have, thats all they said, if R* asre looking into this they will take action against amazon not us. No one will get console banned for this.
