Would I be able to buy FIFA 14 on the Xbox 360 then trade it for my $50 credit and get it for the PS4 in November for $10?

No you can't unfortunately.

But you could do what I do...

Exchange it for the Xbone version in whatever the shop, then get a full refund and buy the PS4 version with that cash!
