Hey does anyone know where to get scuba gear? Been wanting to try it and I've looked on a few boats and can't seem to find it.

This is what I want to know as well, cant dive down far enough to explore without running our of breath and dying. My roommate said diving gear is on specific boats but so far I have checked the basic speed boats, police boats and sail boats to no avail.

Just did some research and this is apparently how you do it:
Scuba gear is in dingy boats only. Buy the dock up in top left of the map go there , There will be a submarine + dingy boat there.
