Yes, I'm updating it from my iPod 5th gen, from the settings and I remember it said before 'Your software is up to date 6.1.3.'

So yeah I think so.

yeah, think about it though, millions of people all trying to download the same thing, you're bound to come across some problems.

Mine is at the white screen with the black apple logo, it's near the end though.

Yep, happened. All done for me. Love it, it's great! Love the new wallpapers they give you with it!
