Defraggler (piriform), sorts the fragmented files on your PC so they open/run faster
Speccy (piriform) All of your Pc's specs, in detail.

Also, to help a program run faster, open Task Manager, right click on the open task, click 'Go to process', and on the blue process, right click, and click 'set priority' -> High

I like to use UltraMon.

I have 2 monitors, but it's great for 1 also.
