Steps:
1) Download via Winrar
2) Place on Desktop or Specific folder
3) Get USB device
4) Click on what system you wish (PC, Xbox 360, PS3 US or UK)
5) Drag the folder into USB example..click this(PS3 US) then copy the following onto USB PS3/SAVEDATA/BLU--------/Game Save
6) Unplug USB once tranferred and plug into System
7) Go to USB Device and find the Save
8) Copy the Save to your HD
9) Start Game
10) Enjoy
