im thinking about building a server computer and using the Asus z9pe-ws as the mother board with 2 Xeon e5 2620's. looking arond 4TB HDD sata 3, and a 228 GB SSD. Im gonna max out the RAM at 64 GB. i will be hosting a server off of this, not for gaming.

From what i can see, it is one of the recommended server boards, seems to have a nice layout and various cooling options.

Just remember there is no video out on board.

Then it should be perfect for your needs.

Just get like a GTX 610 or 620, nice cheap multimedia cards.

Probably any GFX card will be fine for just viewing the desktop, managing stuff, ect.
Maybe a 6450(~20$ min), 610(~25$ min), or you can pick up a Radeon 5450 or GeForce 210 for less then 20$.
Any graphics card would work.

OT:
Z9PE-WorkStation is a good WS/Server Motherboard. Would probably work very well.
