Nope the Heists are only campaign but you can rob stores

That's the last heist.
And, robbing something that gives you millions of cash is a big difference of robbing a normal gas station and getting a amount of 500$ dollars.
But it's really bad that you can't rob anything you want in free mode (non-mission).
