What ending should i choose, A, B or C? Title says it all

Not too also mention you can only get 100% with C (So I've heard)

i have completed the campaign do c trust me u get everything sorted trying not to spoil it but if u kill either then u cannot get 100% unless u do all strangers andfreaks and missions first
