Fabregas already had 2 informs and a MOTM card. He didn't put in a performance worthy of a 91 rating.

OT: the team is a bit Premier League heavy. I don't think they'll add that many in. Also, Lingard scored 4 for Birmingham.


5 assists in 50 minutes + put in some good tackles and amazing passes it doesn't matter what rating he was, that deserved a totw

But I imagine the rating is a factor in determining whether a player is getting/deserves an IF or not. If it he was under 90 he would have probably got one, plus it also depends on what other players were in the TOTW that week.
