If you have a transfer cable, then plug it into your computer, then delete the bad plugin from there.

If you dont have a TC, then i suggest turning your xbox ON by the button and then pressing the CD drive button.

i have done the drive thing but it didn't work

If you've updated your dashboard to 16537 then use your old nand and update it back to that it'll be called flashdmp.bin when you put it on your usb change the name to updflash.bin (Some peoples don't have .bin after it it'll automatically be there if yours does) put the usb in your rgh/jtag open the disk tray and wait till it says shut off then delete dashlaunch and when you update it back to 16537 put dashlaunch back on it.... & if you haven't updated your dash and don't have your original nand.. Take your hdd out If you have a usb put xexmenu on it and flash360 also download the 16537 file (you can find it on youtube).. Get your cpu key (You get that by opening disk tray and it'll show up) and open flash 360 launch it.. and press save nand I think its x and a you can search it on youtube how to update dashboard and you'll follow that but go back to xexmenu save the file it puts in your xexmenu to your usb.. download xebuild drag your 16537 file in the files folder on winrar for xebuild open up xebuild and press open put your nand in type your cpu key in (in the cpu box) type in kernal version (16537) and uncheck dashlaunch if its checked then generate hacked image.. Pretty sure I said this right lol search it on youtube quote me back if you can't find out how to do it and i'll skype you or teamviewer either one :b
