First off I have a budget of around $600. I think that will be sufficient for what I need a computer. If you have knowledge on about PC building, please add me on Skype so we can talk.

Can you answer the questions at the top?

Also, I don't understand why you'd post on a forum site asking for someone to talk to you on Skype. It defeats the purpose of a forum site.

Do you need a monitor, keyboard, mouse, operating system?
What will you be using the PC for?

I went out on a limb, assumed you didn't need an operating system, and assumed you'll be doing gaming.

FX-8320 is basically an underclocked 8350, can just overclock and get same results.
HD7950 should run most games at high/ultra settings no problem.
