I know what the cause of the issue is, but is there a way to boot my console and delete the bad file without having to reformat my HDD and does anyone have a clean version of xbdm because that's what caused the E71

I have been having the same problem. I keep getting the e71 error and my neighborhood wont work.
The only way I can get passed the error is by reflashing the nand.

I've tried different xbdms, but they still dont work.
Let me know if you come up with a solution.

When powering on your console hold down the eject button, this should bypass all plugins you have set in dashlaunch, then simply go into dashlaunch and remove the plugin, as for the XBDM issue are you on the current dash with dashlaunch V3.08 installed?

I just plugged in my USB (with a different launch.ini, not sure how they are different) and it seems to have gotten past the e71 error.

But again, it will not connect with nieghborhood or any of the tools.

I had this same problem. I plugged my hdd with the launch.ini into the computer and deleted the plugin in notepad. I put the plugin back in and it just decided to work, but I couldn't tell you what I did differently.

Strange, i am seeing quite a few people with the same problem and yet mine works perfectly fine even after updating my dash and updating my dashlaunch.
