I get lag in BF3 when I move the mouse but its perfectly normal if I'm just walking without using mouse, it was worse when the vSync was on until I turned off then it went a little better. It is still there and noticeable! (really annoying)
I have:
AMD FX6300 6core
XFX Radeon HD 7950 3GB
LG 27" tv/monitor (hdmi)
I played Team Fortress 2 and that is virtually perfect and I'm happy with that. I have had some screen problems with a couple of other games (Need for Speed World & Battlefield 1942) but they only never fitted my monitor/tv. I expected that because they are old games. BF3 is the only game with mouse lag/jitter.
I have 'played around' with the AMD Vision control center but nothing seems to make it better/worse.
Hopefully that is enough information for somebody to come up with some kind of solution,
Thank you.

Try turning raw mouse input on in Controls options. The trade-off with Vsync is that is can cause frame skipping while getting rid of tearing.
If raw input is on, try turning it off. YMMV.
