So how are you choosing 2 who you're giving it too?

I am happy with my offline modding and I did not realize that you need to pay to get online.

Seems too good to be true. Why would someone just giveaway a kv for free? I bet you the KV messes up your RGH/jtag or something.

I only started this R-Jtag stuff 2 weeks ago and extracted the keyvault just the way it was shown on youtube but when I saw that you need to pay for online I decided to just stick offline. It was either to the delete the file or give it to someone.

You probably could but I don't have time to look for buyers.
