Die Glocke WAS the "bell" and was made for space/time carvation and it had electrical discharge which would propel it upwards not meant to be a aircraft or vehicle what so ever

Rictofen worked in asylum and all 3 of the charecters came to meet takeo

No bencrazed that isn't true. Nickolai, Dempsey, and Takeo all traveled together to that spot. Richtofen was already there or they met him along the way.
