And if you do want to go with the girl that you are not dating then just tell your girlfriend you have some shit going on in your life, So you just wanna ride solo.
And then date the other girl.
But give it a couple of days if you do dump your Gf.

Thats a tough one,, cos the other girl understands what problems u have and u make her happy but u also make ur girlfriend happy,, just think who would u be happier with and who u love
