I still have the beta 6 on my ipad and when i try to get back to the ios 6.1.3 i get an error msg saying the numbers (3194) what does that mean?

Your hosts file is blocking iTunes from connecting

That's because apple stopped signing 6.1.3, you can't downgrade to it anymore. So either stay on the beta or just click restore and it'll download the final version of iOs 7
