With my fifa 14 came two 15 character codes that allow me to redeem historic kits and online pro boosts, and I cannot find where to type in these codes if you know please tell thanks!

you can redeem this by just typing it in on redeem code through the xbox menu and it will give u the unlocks

Go on the Ultimate Team store where you add FIFA Points and click Y and it will let you type them in/
