As a Cowboys fan, you like him? His drafts are horrible. He had 3 super bowls when he came in but it was because of Jimmie Johnson, I think all 3, until he ran him out the door because he didn't let him coach. He needs to let the coaches have more responsibility & not get in their business. Bill Parcells. Wade Phillips.

I hated Scott Piolo for the chiefs because he ruined our team the same way. Had horrible drafts & kept one of the worst coaches in the league for more than a year.
